Welcome to InstaConsole — a plug-and-play toolkit that tidies your WooCommerce order workflow and saves hours on shipping admin. If you can run WooCommerce, you can run InstaConsole. No code, no jargon.
What it does (in plain English)
- See & act faster: a clean console to search orders, add notes, and keep everything moving.
- Add tracking in bulk (Pro): drop a carrier CSV (DHL/UPS/Royal Mail/etc.), map once, import in seconds.
- Print labels faster (Premier): generate the exact CSV your carrier portal expects, then bulk-print.
Plans at a glance
- Lite (free) — Core console and order helpers.
- Pro — Bulk CSV imports to attach tracking to orders.
- Premier — Carrier-ready CSV exports to create labels quickly.
What you need
- WordPress 6.2+ and WooCommerce 8+
- PHP 8.0+ (recommended)
- An SMTP plugin (recommended) so customer emails land reliably
Set up in 5 minutes
- Install and activate InstaConsole Lite (always).
- Add Pro if you’ll import tracking files from carriers.
- Add Premier if you’ll export files to carriers for label printing.
- Create a page named My Licenses (customers can view their keys here).
- Open WooCommerce → InstaConsole and you’re ready.
Your daily flow
- Open the Console to find orders, update status, and see “Has tracking” at a glance.
- Use Pro when a carrier gives you a CSV of tracking numbers.
- Use Premier when you need to send orders to a carrier portal to print labels.
Pro in 60 seconds (CSV Imports)
- Go to InstaConsole Pro → Imports (CSV).
- Upload the carrier CSV.
- Map “our fields” → “their columns” (use Autofill for common carriers).
- Dry Run to preview, then Import.
Result: Orders now show tracking (and optional order notes/status updates).
Premier in 60 seconds (CSV Exports)
- Go to Premier → Exports → Mappings and choose a preset (DHL/UPS/Royal Mail/FedEx) or make your own.
- Save once (row mode, delimiter, headers).
- Export by date range/status → Download CSV → upload to your carrier portal.
Result: Labels ready to print in bulk.
Licenses & billing (simple)
- Customers see keys and expiry on My Licenses.
- Admins can view keys, activations, and run a quick “seed” test in Tools → InstaConsole Licensing.
- Grace periods and renewals keep things smooth (no sudden lockouts).
Troubleshooting (quick wins)
- Menus missing? Check the plugin is activated.
- “Order not found” on import? Map the exact Order ID/Number used in your CSV.
- Weights look wrong? Set WooCommerce weight unit under Products → Settings.
- Emails not sending? Add SMTP (e.g., your host’s SMTP, SendGrid, or Mailgun).
We’re here to help
- Friendly support for all customers, priority for Premier.
- Share a sample CSV (if relevant) and your WordPress/WooCommerce versions for faster help.
That’s it — plug it in, map once, and get back to selling.
